Participation in SoSo Sports requires participants to accept the following risk waiver:
Assumption of risk
I understand that participation in the SoSo Sports competition involves inherent risks, including a risk of injury.
Responsibility
I willingly accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation in the SoSo Sports competition. I undertake to pay or reimburse any medical costs which may be incurred for medical attention, ambulance transport or medication.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoSo Sports and its representatives and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including legal fees, that they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in the SoSo Sports competition.
Medical treatment
In the event of injury or illness, I consent to and authorize the provision of emergency medical treatment to me.
Being a good player
I understand that the primary goal of SoSo Sports is enjoyment. I will do my best to make sure other players and staff enjoy their time playing sport with me, and will not show aggression or be an ass in general.
Videos & Photos
We sometimes take videos and photos at SoSo Sports games and events for social media. Please tell us at the event if you do not want to be filmed or photographed.
